Not ones to do things by half, BMW has spent a small fortune on making two separate versions of the new 3 Series. The all-electric i3 based on the radical Neue Klasse platform and the combustion-powered 3 Series built around an updated CLAR blueprint. We get to drive the latter, in M350 xDrive guise, both on road and on track.
