The reason it is important is simple: the Q5 is Audi’s biggest seller, so getting this one right is crucial.
This was a different first drive for us, as we filmed at the official press launch, which is why you’ll spot us changing cars and colours.
It’s only a first taste, but it was enough time to take in the new PPC platform, new technology, the mild hybrid drivetrain…and the SQ5’s 270kW V6!
